Lewjack Dorrance was born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised overseas until moving the US at the age of thirteen. He received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina and later went on to attend Duke University’s Physician Assistant program where he graduated with honors. As one of NJ Spine and Orthopedic’s physician assistants, Lewjack is able to bring patients peace of mind with over 23 years of surgical experience. He has specialized in orthopedic surgery for most of his career, with research experience in the evaluation and design of the biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system in orthopedic prostheses.
